    Each Argelia Hadrovic piece is made to order and individually handcrafted in NYC. Most of our orders will ship within 14 business days, but please allow up to 4 weeks for items to be sent (plus shipping time). Kindly note, we will notify you beforehand if a piece will take more than the stated allotted time to be mailed. Because all pieces are made to order, refunds, exchanges and returns are not accepted. Please review our Warranty page for more info.

     

    When the order is placed, your credit card will be charged. You will be charged for the items that you ordered, along with the shipping & tax where applicable. We are not responsible for errors made during order, address or credit card entry. You will receive a confirmation email for your order. If you need a piece by a specific date please contact us at info@argeliahadrovic.com BEFORE you place your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

    Order modifications

     
    Please contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies with your order. Once an order has begun the production process we are no longer able to modify it.
     

     

    SHIPPING

     

    We offer free standard shipping on Domestic orders over $300 (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & other Territories).

    Pieces can be shipped via Fedex, UPS or USPS. Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Once your item is shipped you will be sent tracking information, as a signature is required upon deliveryArgelia Hadrovic LLC is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. 

    For international shipping, customers are responsible for all tax/duties that are required when going through customs.

    Shipment time will reflect your chosen shipment rate. Items will be shipped upon your selection of our shipment rate at checkout.
      
    We are not responsible for any delays/damages/lost items by the shipping carriers or other reasons outside of our control.
