For bespoke pieces:

We strive to create personalized pieces and make your wildest dreams come true! Please send a brief description of what you envision (if available), requested time of completion, and budget. After that, we can schedule a consultation and develop a timeline.

Note: Custom orders have a different production timeline from our regular collection items. Once price and final designs have been approved, the expected production time for such items can range from 4-12 weeks, depending on complexity of the piece and speediness of approval.

For special orders:

These are pieces from our collections that need to be made in a specific gemstone, chain styles, size or length, different from our standard availability. Let us know which piece you would like to order, and how you would like to modify it. We will send you a quote ASAP. Please allow 4-6 weeks (unless specified otherwise) for items to ship after approval and payment.
